Has won 2/4 here over this longer trip, and the in-form Holt replaces the apprentice. He has decent claims. SWATOW (1) resumes and brings strong form from tougher races over 1500m/1600m. Keeps Cormack and races well this course/distance. Has to lug a big weight but can fight the finish if presented on song. THIRTEEN UNDER (6) has won his last two at the track and stormed home to win comfortably last time over 1250m. This looks a bit tougher, but he has to be considered. GOLDEN OCTAVIAN (4) can show more stepping up in trip, and Wiggins is a positive engagement.
