RUGGED ETHICS (7) started big odds but ran a huge race last time when finishing 2nd over 520m at Wentworth Park (30.20)in Grade 5. Was a winner Gosford in lesser company the start prior. Expected to feature in the finish again. MAGIC TECHNIQUE (1) turned in a fair run last time from the squeeze finishing fourth by one length (30.14). Safe beginner who draws ideally on the inside. Better than last start and can bounce back. OUT THE WILL (2) has mixed form recently, finishing fourth (20.62) in a Grade 5 at Grafton latest but did run well two back when in the frame. With a good start should be able to take advantage of the low draw. Key player on best and worth another try. GOLDEN EFFECTS (4) should be thereabouts despite an unplaced run here most recently.
