YOUNG HOFFA (1) was sent out long odds last time but rocketed out of the boxes with a scorching early sectional and gave a sight before being swallowed up late, finishing a 2.25 lengths third (25.06) over 400m at this track. Still to record a win from this draw but has never missed the frame in three starts. Hard to beat again. YOUNG YOUNGY (6) was below best last time finishing fourth at this track, but prior to that had been racing well including an A12 win two back at this track.
