MOMAXIE (4) Set the pace when winning by 3/4L last time around here but up against a higher level of opposition. Made it 3 wins on the trot. Prominent showing expected and won't be far off them. VOICE FROM ABOVE (2) Picked up late to win last time at this track and drawn nicely. Shows good finishing speed. Challenged by a tougher grade. One of the top hopes. CANDID CANDACE (3) Backing up quickly for this race. Showed a good turn of foot when 3rd beaten by 2L last time at this track but rising in grade. Keep in mind. SPIRIT BEAR (5) Good effort to run 3rd beaten by 4 1/2L last run at Woodbine but stepping up to a higher level. Jeffrey Ian Alderson and John Simms deserve respect together. Solid place bet prospects.

Started at $16.00 and couldn't stay in touch when 8th last time at the track but has drawn the rails. Up against stronger rivals. Will struggle against these.

Strong effort to the line to win last time around here and has a positive gate. Always seems to find the line well. Facing a stronger group of contenders. Should go well.

On a quick turnaround. Finished with intent when 3rd beaten by 2L last time here but racing against tougher rivals. Will be trying to topple them late. Will be around the mark at good odds.
