Dayton Raceway Race 17

1609m

Prize Money: $7,842

BIT OF HONEY (3) is a two-year-old filly from the Mark Winters stable on debut. Will enjoy a nice run from this favourable starting position. Finds a nice race so anticipating a bright start to her career. AMBITIOUS EMBER (1) produced a better effort last time out when runner-up over 1609m at Scioto Downs, beaten 0.8 metres. A nice draw on the front line should ensure a cosy run. Beautifully placed and is sure to be there at the finish again. DRAGON MY BRITCHES (7) resumes. Likely improver after debuting with a solid second three months ago over 1609m at Scioto Downs. MONTE CLARE (5) is a two-year-old filly by Monte Miki from Clare The Way on debut. Will be right there at the business end.

Two back was well beaten into sixth behind Gillette at Scioto Downs over 1609m in a BSS 2F on September 3 at $84.50. Then a handy effort when a close second behind Drop Pocket at Scioto Downs over 1609m in a 2YOFNW1PM on September 10 at $40.60. Capable of testing this line-up.
