PAW OLYMPUS (2) shapes well for this after winning last start over 400m at Geelong in a scintillating 22.28. Hot win latest and looks the one to beat again. ADRENALINE BURST (1) finished eighth last time at this track but could not have been more impressive a few runs back in his dynamic 22.08 win at this track over 390m. Rates a leading chance if runs up to recent winning time. NAUGHTY NORM (3) copped a check in the run last time and never threatened when fourth (23.48) in a OPEN at Mt Gambier. Key player if finds best. MISCHIEF MATE (7) showed great speed to lead all the way last start. Right in the mix again.

Missed the frame last start when eighth but had been in strong form prior to that, winning two on end before placing two back. Well placed here and expected to bounce back.

Comments

Eye-catching performance showing plenty of speed to score by 1.3 lengths in a Grade 5 last start at Warragul, recording a useful 22.76 over the 400m journey. Harder here but will be in this for a long way.
