Tamworth Race 9

Racing And Sports Enhanced Form Pace

Prize Money: $9,792

JAYJAYBENNY (2) settled close to the pace but could only manage sixth last start over 1980m at this track, failing to emulate his success at this track the run before. No excuses from this advantageous draw. Good enough to take out a race like this. METALLICA MAN (8) had to dig deep to score at the most recent appearance over 1609m at Newcastle, getting home by just 1.75 metres. Should enjoy a nice smother from this draw and will be looking for a split at some stage. Leading hope in a similar assignment. SUNDAY MORNINGS (1) is on the radar after his last-start fifth over 1980m at this track a week ago. VINCENTIUS MAXIMUS (7) disappointed last time when eighth over 1609m at Menangle. Can do a lot better so worth considering.

Failed to impress last start; 6th (Fr2) over 1980m after showing early speed at this track beaten 24 m by Im Lord Tommy (2:23.70) on September 24 at $3.20. Showed ability the outing before when he won by a head as favourite when quickly away, (Fr6) at this track (2:24.90) beating Metallica Man in on August 6 at $1.45 at the bell was leading 9.43. Well-drawn and expected to bounce back.
