Wentworth Park Race 8

Ladbrokes Million Dollar Chase Semi Final 6 H

Prize Money: $10,600

ABSCONDING (1) stalked the lead from a low draw then burst clear to score (29.75) at this track in a Grade 5 over 520m. Form from his last run is proving to be solid. Sure to prove hard to beat. JUNGLE JOHNNY (4) was below best last time at The Gardens (29.56) in a NG, finishing a 6 length fifth. Has four wins already from this draw. Can hit the frame with the right run. RONALDO VELLA (2) had a tricky draw and ran well to finish second, beaten 2 lengths, (25.89) at Bulli. Safe beginner who has drawn to advantage. Hard to beat again. ERIZA SPARKLES (7) is always a threat when she races at this journey.

Comments

Was prominent from the outset and held on well to win at this track over 520m in 29.75 last start, beating Angelic Angel. Likes the rails so has never missed the frame from three starts out of this draw. Major player.
