The Meadows Race 9

Prize Money: $8,785

AWESOME BANDIT (2) has a strong record this journey with two wins and a minor from five starts. In the money last time at Shepparton (25.36) in a Grade 5, finishing a head second. Looks well placed and should feature. IT'S OKAY (1) was prominent throughout when winning in one of the fastest times of the card two back but could manage only midfield last time when finished 6th and beaten 5.5 lengths at Addington (30.75). One of the better hopes. ROCKY SUPERSTAR (4) was a strong winner (30.16) from box 7 last time, scoring by 2.25 lengths at this track. Has the squeeze box to overcome and will need the breaks early. The form out of the last run is proven to be strong. Can make it back-to-back wins. COUNT THE STARS (3) returns here as an each-way chance.
