Yonkers Raceway Race 6

Race 6

Prize Money: $47,414

STERLING CHOICE (1) finished fourth last start, beaten 6 metres at this track over 1609m. A nice draw on the front line should ensure a cosy run. This should be an easier assignment so he is set to play a significant role. MOSSDALE BEN N (3) was responsible for a far better performance last start when he scored by 1.5 metres over 1609m at this track. Has the benefit of a good draw. Meets a comparable field so he is capable of taking this out. MAC'S DELIGHT (2) is looming as a real threat after a better effort last start, finishing third at this track over 1609m. GORGEOUS BIG GUY (4) is worth some thought after his last-start fifth over 1609m at this track on September 28.

Two back was well beaten into fourth behind Captain Moore at this track over 1609m in a INVITATION on September 14 at $4.81. Then a handy effort when beaten by 6 m finishing third behind World Of Wishes at this track over 1609m in a 3-6 YO OPN on September 28 at $16.92. Well placed, should prove hard to beat.

Ran well last start showing plenty of improvement following August 23 run. Last start won by 1.5 m (Fr2) at Meadowlands (1:50.20) beating American Son in NW10500L5 on September 5 at $4.60. This race will be harder than that win. Hard to recommend on recent form.
