Geelong Race 8

Prize Money: $3,360

LITTLE AMIGO (6) filled the minor placings again last time when second (25.35) at Ballarat, making it three straight minors on end. Expected to feature in the finish. DA SOUZA (3) has a strong record this trip with five wins and three placings from nine starts. Missed the frame latest (26.20) when fourth over 460m at this track in a Grade 5. With even luck and a clean start should be thereabouts. IMPETUOUSLY (1) is a handy type who notched her 10th career success when too good (23.71) from Box 4 at Bendigo. The form out of last race has been strong. Hard to fault recent form and looks a key chance again. AMRON DANCER (2) boasts a solid strike-rate over this trip.

Didn't make the placings last time at Bendigo (24.48) in a Grade 4/5, finishing a 8 length sixth. Still a maiden from the draw but has placed two times. Looks one of the chances.

Has placed the last couple. Ran 25.28 when second at Ballarat latest but the run prior he recorded a decent 25.34 over 450m when just missed, at Ballarat. Harder here but worth including in multiples.
