Gap (1-2 Wins)

Prize Money: $1,530

APRIL FOOL (5) recorded his best time this course and distance last start, taking a T3 RSTW in 19.67 by 0.9 lengths. In form and can measure up again. HIGHGATE FRANKY (1) made light work of a wide draw last time with a slick early sectional but gathered in and had to settle for the minors, finishing second (19.73) at this track over 350m. Must be included in calculations. SONG ABOUT SUSAN (2) showed little early speed at her last couple, the latest finishing sixth (28.75) in a T3 RSTW at Bendigo. Remains without a win from the draw but has been in the placings two times from four attempts. Can do much better this time. RINGSTED (4) has top-three aspirations after placing here over this journey last time.

Comments

Sent out long odds last time but rocketed out of the boxes with a fast early sectional and gave a sight before being swallowed up late, finishing a 0.9 lengths second (19.73) over 350m at this track. Fought on last time. Right in the mix again.

Won two starts back at this track over 350m in 19.82. Followed that up with a minor placing over 350m at this track at T3 RSTW a week ago. Has been around the mark of late. Keep safe.
