Newcastle Bags Race 1

Friday 16th October 2026

Prize Money: $819

SOME CONCERN (2) was safely held last time out, finishing fifth at this track over 480m behind Brief News (29.91) in an A2. Better than last start and worth following up. OUR CHIEF (4) turned spotting a big start finishing fourth (29.36) last time in an A2 at this track. Deserves plenty of respect. CROOKS NOTTOFAR (5) goes very well this course and distance starting 15 times for five wins and seven minors. Hit the frame latest (29.15) when second at this track in an A2. Looks suited here and can measure up. NITRO NYLO (3) can run a bold race on best form.
