DISTINCT (7) finished 3.5 lengths back in fourth over 1609m at this track (Turf) last time out after a gutsy win the start prior. Has a high cruising speed. Likely to feature. PATRICK'S PROMISE (6) started at $6.90 last time and ran below expectations, finishing ninth and beaten 11 lengths at Colonial Downs Inner Turf (Turf) over 1811m. Has the class to figure prominently. ORATOR (3) is knocking on the door after just missing last time over 1710m at Laurel Turf (Turf). Expected to run well again. THORSNESS (4) turned in a fine effort to score by a nose at this track and distance last start to maintain his good form of late. Finds a tougher race but this looks well within his grasp.
