Race 9

Prize Money: $790

MUMS JILL (3) hit the ground running last time with a hot early split and never headed, leading throughout to win by 1.75 lengths (29.75) over 500m at this track. Looks the one to beat. SALACRES PIP (2) has been beaten for early speed lately, last time finishing fifth (29.93) in an A5 at this track. Form at the trip sound including three wins. Consistent performer from this draw with a win and three minor placings to her credit. Can do much better this time. GOUL RIVER (1) was safely held in tougher company last start at this track, but prior to that won by 0.8 lengths at this track (29.88) beating Bambis Daisy in an A6 on September 21. Cannot be taken lightly. SALS MINNIE (4) missed the placings here last start but is well-placed to bounce back.
