Cannington Race 1

Prize Money: $9,905

AURA ABOUT HER (5) jumped cleanly last start and led all the way (30.00) at this track in a Maiden over 520m. Can continue on her winning ways. OHTANI MAGIC (1) has a strong winning strike-rate over this journey with two wins and a placing from four tries. Was out of placings last time (35.52) at Q Parklands in a Restricted WIN, finishing seventh and beaten 9 lengths. Makes strong appeal on best. URBAN SURF (2) settled off speed and overcame a collision with another runner to work home into the placings when second (30.29) at this track in a Novice race. This tougher but looks a leading chance again. CHASING PLUTO (6) racing over this course and distance brings the best out in him.

Didn't make the placings last time at Q Parklands (35.52) in a Restricted WIN, finishing a 9 length seventh. Yet to win but has placed two times from this draw. Key chance and should go close.

Flew the lids with a fast early split but had to contend with second when clocking 30.29 over 520m at this track. Looks a strong winning hope.

Solid performance to post a big 6 lengths win at this track over 520m (30.00) beating West On Leo in Maiden on October 10. Makes plenty of appeal on the back of the latest win.

Comments

Got back last start and could only manage fifth but before that won by 1.75 lengths at this track (30.66) beating Darby Time in a Maiden on September 9. Needs to find a bit more to test these.
