SOUTHBROOK MERV (2) was in the placings last time but three back produced a slick 18.35 win over 318m at this track. Rates on top and can find winning form again. KERT KERT (1) has been mixing form lately, hitting the frame two back before finishing sixth (18.85) at this track in a Grade 5. Key player on best and worth another try. MOTOR CITY CHIEF (8) was game in defeat off the inside draw last start, finishing second and beaten 1.75 lengths (18.61) behind Alex Keeping at this track. Goes well out of this box with a win and three minor placings. Hard to beat again. SAGE DAVIES (7) will run well despite no experience on this track.
