Hove Bags Race 2

The Hocus Pocus Stakes

Prize Money: $829

BOOMTOWN BUSTER (2) claimed his maiden two back when strongly fancied to break through then third last time, beaten 3 lengths (30.66) at this track over 500m. Returns to the scene of his maiden win. In form and looks a top chance again. BALLYBOB CURTIS (6) was a course and distance winner (30.67) last time also from the same draw, scoring by one length in an A6. Rates a key player again. PIPS GAMBLE (4) showed little early speed at her last couple, the latest finishing fifth (30.64) in an A5 at this track. Should play a prominent role. SLY BIG BIRD (3) is worth some thought after placing as favourite last start.
