Melton Race 8

Lamaros Hotel Pace

Prize Money: $5,000

ARE WEASLEY (5) has returned in good order, coming from this barrier for a 2m win when resuming at Kilmore. Steps up to a distance where he owns a good record so could go on with it. REASON TO LAUGH (7) had to work when racing three wide without cover last start so prepared to forgive that result. Runner-up at Kilmore prior. Can play a role with even luck from a wide draw. OUR TRUE COLOURS (3) is aided by a good barrier and goes very well fresh, recording two wins and a placing from four attempts. MAMMALS BLAZE (6) has joined the Pace stable since last seen in September and has won a trial so could measure up.
